Training & Development
Since gaining my NNEB in 1985, I have been passionate and dedicated to improving the quality of Early Years provision. I believe the key to ensuring that each child achieves the best from the care and education they receive lies in the training, dedication and motivation of the practitioners who work with them.
My experience includes working within both the private and maintained sector and my roles have included Nanny, Teaching Assistant, Early Years Practitioner, Childcare Lecturer, Quality Assurance Co-ordinator, Early Years Consultant, Childcare Tutor and Childcare Assessor.

In House Training Academy
Here at the White House Nursery we are lucky enough to have our very own training facilities based at our head office.
We deliver regular, focussed training sessions to our practitioners with the aim of giving them the opportunity to gain knowledge within their roles. This also supports their professional development.
Having our own training programme means that we are always working on improving our practice within our settings, and with that providing the highest quality care for your children.
